Tavel Rosé

AOP Tavel

Deep bright ruby pink. Red and white fruits combined. Fruity, long spicy finish.
Grape varieties: 50 % Grenache Noir, 50 % Cinsault, Clairette, Picpoul, Bourboulenc, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan.
Terroir: Rolstones, lauzes, sand.
Winemaking: Long macerations (48 hours). After pressing, fermentation is led from 10 to 15 days at low temperatures (13° -14° C).
Tasting: Deep bright ruby pink. Red and white fruits combined. Fruity, long spicy finish.
Food pairings: Enjoyable with a nourishing aperitif as well as a mea, charcuterie, spicy Indian Cuisine.
Serving temperature: between 12°C and 14°C
Ageing potential: 1 to 3 years
