Rich, long on the palate, with an excellent balance and a good acidity. A well-balanced white wine in the Rhône valley with white peach, almond tree, honey, pollen then pastry aromas.
Grape varieties: 70% Roussanne, 20% Viognier, 10% Grenache
Age of the vines: 30 years
Yield: 42 hl/ha
Terroir: Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Winemaking: The must is cooled to facilitate a natural clarification. Fermentation and lees stirring in the 400 liters barrel. 3-month barrel ageing.
Tasting: Rich, long on the palate, with an excellent balance and a good acidity. A well-balanced white wine in the Rhône valley with white peach, almond tree, honey, pollen then pastry aromas.
Food pairings: As an aperitif. It may also be served with dishes made with cream and white meat.
Serving temperature: between 12°C and 14°C
Ageing potential: 2 to 4 years
