Through this vintage name, we wanted to pay homage to Frédéric Caillet, our great-grandfather who bought the wine estate in Tupin et Semons in 1928.

Grape varieties: 100 % Viognier.
Age of the vines: 20 years
Yield: 35 hl/ha
Terroir: Granite soils.
Winemaking: Manual harvest. Aged for 8 months on lees in barrels and tanks.
Tasting: This very aromatic wine is perfect as an aperitif. It should be opened in its 5 first years, to keep the viognier potential at its best.
Food pairings: Scallop kebab with mushrooms tatin, poultry sauté with pepper sauce.
Serving temperature: between 14°C and 16° C.
Ageing potential: 2 to 5 years
