Yield: 25 - 30 hl/ha
Terroir: Conglomerate, chalk and clay
Winemaking: Concrete vats; no ageing in wood in order to maintain the fruit.
Tasting: Red fruits appear immediately in the nose thanks to the exceptional ripeness and the very small yield. Well balanced wine with persistent length.
Food pairings: Mediterranean food, grilled lamb with garlic and rosemary and other grilled red meat, cheese.
Serving temperature: between 16°C and 18°C
Ageing potential: 10 years.
