AOP Vacqueyras

Ruby red colour. Cherry and small red fruit appear immediately in the nose and in mouth. A very good balance between tannins, acidity and alcohol.
Grape varieties: 70 % Grenache, 20 % Syrah, 10 % Mourvèdre
Yield: 35 hl/ha
Terroir: Clay, sandstone and limestones
Winemaking: No ageing in wood in order to maintain the fruit.
Tasting: Ruby red colour. Cherry and small red fruit appear immediately in the nose and in mouth. A very good balance between tannins, acidity and alcohol.
Food pairings: Turkey prepared with thyme and rosemary or other grilled white meat, medium flavoured cheese.
Serving temperature: between 16°C and 18°C
Ageing potential: 5 to 7 years
