L’Apostrophe

IGP Méditerranée

Red wine with purplish reflections. Nose of fresh fruits and soft spices.
Grape varieties: 70% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Syrah
Terroir: Clay and limetone (Les Amandiers vieilles vignes, Plan de dieu area)
Winemaking: Manual grape harvest with selective sorting. 15-day cold maceration. 8 month ageing on lees in stainless steel tank.
Tasting: Red wine with purplish reflections. Nose of fresh fruits and soft spices. Fleshy and luscious mouth, long finish. Very typical southern Rhône wine, l’Apostrophe is a great deal to a first step to a Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Food pairings: On its own, by the glass. BBQ, Pasta, Indian dishes.
Serving temperature: between 17°C and 18°C
Ageing potential: 4 to 5 years
