Grape varieties: 80% Muscat, 20% Viognier
Age of the vines: 10 years
Yield: 60 hl/ha
Terroir: Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Winemaking: Grapes are cooled at reception. Then the must is cooled to facilitate a natural clarification. Low temperature vatting.
Tasting: Spring-like green robe. Beautiful freshness, pure and crunchy fruit aromas.
Food pairings: Perfect for an aperitif with your friends.
Serving temperature: between 12°C and 14°C
Ageing potential: 1 to 2 years
