Tasting: Light gold colour. Floral bouquet developing a spicy character with a dominant fruits flavor (apricot and exotic fruits). The attack is fresh and fleshy. Full and silky on the palate. Long spicy and fruity finish.
Food pairings: Aperitif, foie gras, salad of paned ravioles, goat’s cheese.
Serving temperature: between 10°C and 12° C
