Brightly salmon pink colour. Explosion of fruit. Roundness and a well-balanced harmony Raspberry, redcurrant nose.
Grape varieties: 50% Grenache Noir, 50% Cinsault
Age of the vines: 10 years
Yield: 50 hl/ha
Terroir: Rolled pebbles from the Durance river (which flowed through the valley well before the Rhône).
Winemaking: Cooling of the harvest. Direct pressing. Thermo-regulated fermentation. Very early bottling.
Tasting: Brightly salmon pink colour. Raspberry, redcurrant nose. Explosion of fruit. Roundness and a well-balanced.
Food pairings: Spicy or exotic cuisine, bouillabaisse, lamb chops with Provence herbs. This wine is sufficiently fresh to be served on its own as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: between 10°C and 12°C
Ageing potential: 2 years
