AOP Crozes-Hermitage

Gold colour with green and copper-pink lights.
Grape varieties: 50 % Marsanne et 50 % Roussanne vinified sets
Terroir: Alpine diluvium with dominant of coarse brown clay and sands.
Winemaking: Pressing of not de-stemmed grapes as soon as they arrive in cellar. Cold setting of must at 4° C to racking of them after 24h of cold. Fermentation in stainless steel tank and maturing in tank before bottling in march.
Tasting: Gold colour with green and copper-pink lights. On the mouth, aromas of yellow peach, nectarine, rose and violet, liquorice, exotic fruits. Cordial with a hint of freshness.
Food pairings: This wine is perfect as an aperitif, with white fishes, fishes in sauce or cheese (Picodon from the Drôme).
Serving temperature: between 12°C et 14° C.
Ageing potential: 2 to 4 years
