  • 35 plots spread over the appellation Châteauneuf du Pape and its various type of soil.
  • 10 plots in appellation vin de France / IGP Méditerranée.

Cellar Specificity : The vinification cellar is wide and well organized, allowing an individualized vinification and aging of each different cuvée.
Concrete tanks, Clay, Oak casks, Stainless steel vats, Amphoras, Concrete Eggs, Enameled cement vats are here to sharpen the wines.

Wine ideology: Each cuvée has its own identity and typicity: a know how blending history, finesse and confidentiality.

Wines of Domaine Chante Cigale
Ruby red colour with purplish reflections. On the nose, red fruits, raspberry, typical of young Grenache noir. On the palate, very aromatic and fresh supported by discreet, soft tannins. Smooth, quaffing.
Red wine with purplish reflections. Nose of fresh fruits and soft spices. Fleshy and luscious mouth, long finish. Very typical southern Rhône wine, l’Apostrophe is a great deal to a first step to a Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Pi

Intense nose of red fruit, crushed strawberries, floral touches. The mouth is juicy and delicate. The very smooth tannins are lengthening the salty and fresh finish.
